3 medium cucumbers, sliced thin
3 cups water
1½ tsp salt
½ cup sour cream
2 T cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Layer cucumbers in medium size bowl. Cover with water and 1½ tsp salt to brine. Chill. Pour off salt water, rinse and drain. Blend sour cream, vinegar & sugar. Fold into cucumbers, sprinkle with salt & pepper.
