Oil – 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
Hot peppers- 1 small
Onion sliced – ½ cup
Cabbage shredded – 1 cup
Carrot julienne – 1/2 cup
Capsicum julienne – 1 cup
Noodles boiled – 2 cups (Ching’s Hakka Noodles)
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Red Chili sauce – 1 tsp
Rice Vinegar -1/4 tsp
Garam Masala -1/4 tsp
Salt-to taste
White Pepper Powder-to taste
1 egg
10-15 count shrimp

1. Heat a pan to high heat and add oil. Add beaten egg and shrimp, fry for 2 min. Keep this aside.

2. Add a little more oil, add ginger & garlic and give a quick stir. Now add sliced onions, cabbage, carrots, capsicum and peppers. Toss them for 2 minutes on high heat.

3. Add boiled noodles, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper powder and toss the noodles for 3 mins.

4. Add cooked egg and shrimp. Sprinkle spring onions, mix and remove from heat. May add little sugar to balance the flavors. Serve noodles immediately.
