1 potato makes 2 servings
2 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP seasoning (whichever you like best)

Directions:

1. Peel and cut fries into 1 inch thickness (bigger the fry, longer it has to cook)
2. Soak cut fries into ice cold water for 30 minutes (this makes them crispy)
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
4. Once fries have been soaked, dry completely with towel
5. Lather in oil and seasoning
6. Place on baking sheet, make sure fries are not over laping to allow for even cook
7. Put in oven for 20 minutes (25 for thicker fries)
8. Once 20 minutes is up, take fries out and flip
9. Turn oven up to 425 degrees F
10. Place fries back in oven for 20 minutes
11. *optional, depending how quickly you want the fries, I turn off the oven crack it slightly and keep the fries in there for 10 more minutes to get a little more of a crunch
12. Serve hot!
