1 1/2 cups butter, softened
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs
3 cups flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
• Beat together the butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
• Gradually add suger, beat well.
• Add eggs, 1 at a time, beat until combined.
• Sift flour and salt, gradually add to cream cheese mixture, beat on low speed just until blended.
• Stir in vanilla.
• Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan, pour mixture into pan (can substitute for a loaf pan, cooking time will vary).
• Using a spatula, level and smooth the batter.
• Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 40 mins or until tester comes out clean.
• Cool for 10-15 mins.
• Place a plate on top of the cooled bundt pan and flip over to remove the cake.
• Top with powered sugar, icing, or fruit
