Ingredients: 4 cups Spicy Tortilla Chips 8 eggs 1.5 cup sausages, sliced, precooked 1.5 cup Feta cheese, cubed 2 tsp crispy fried onions 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp chili powder 1 tsp baking powder 2 Tbsp sunflower oil 4 Tbsp pelati 2 Tbsp heavy cream Salt to taste Heavy cream and parsley flakes to garnish

Directions:Preheat the oven to 356° F / 180° C. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream. Add the cheese, sausages, onions, garlic, chili, baking powder and crushed Tortilla Chips to the mixture. Heat the oil and pelati in a 10-inch oven-proof skillet. Pour the mixture into the skillet and bake for 25 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with heavy cream and parsley flakes. |
