3 tbsp olive oil
1 pkg (8 oz) sliced mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg (28 oz) Wegman's Pizza Dough, remove from fridge ½ hr before preparation
1 pkg (10 oz) fresh spinach, stemmed, patted pry and coarsely chopped
8 oz part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano (or 1 tbsp dried)
Fat-free cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet; saute' mushrooms on medium heat 3-4 min. Add garlic and cook 1 min.
Lightly flour work surface. Using a rolling pin or your hands, roll or flatten dough to a rectangle, approx. 12"x16".
Top with sauteed mushrooms and garlic, chopped spinach, cheese and oregano. Drizzle with remaining oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roll up jelly-roll style, as tightly as possible. Pinch the edges and fold under to seal.
Place seam down on a large cookie sheet that's been lightly coated with cooking spray.
Bake 45 minutes at 350º or until outside is browned and crisp. Let stand for 10 min before slicing crosswise in ½" to ¾" pieces.
