1½ lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. frozen California vegetables (16 oz.)
1 can (10¾ oz.) cheddar cheese soup
1 cup (4 oz.) mozzarella cheese
½ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
¼ cup melted butter
Frozen onion rings
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, cook beef until done, drain. Stir in the vegetables, soup, mozzarella cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle with potatoes; drizzle with butter. Top with onion rings. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes or until heated through. Uncover; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 3 - 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
