"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Beat eggs and continue beating while adding the sugar.
Stir in milk.
Stir in cooled melted margarine and vanilla.
Fold in coconut and flour. Pour mixture into a 9 inch unbaked pie crust.
Bake in a preheated 350º (325º if using a glass pie pan) oven for about 30 minutes.
The filling should be set and the top should be lightly browned.
This pie mixture can also be baked without a crust. Just pour the mixture into a glass casserole or pie pan. Either way is delicious. Serve warm or chilled.
