1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oleo
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 c. chopped (raw) and peeled apples

Topping
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the oleo and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Sift flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon together. Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Stir in chopped apples. Pour batter into greased and lightly floured 9x13 pan. Mix and sprinkle topping ingredients over batter before baking. Bake 350 about 45 minutes.
