1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix (Devils Foods)
1 Cup Baker's Flake Coconut
6 oz Pkg. Pecan Pieces
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
2 sticks Margarine
1 box (1 lb) Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Margarine and cool.
Butter and flour Lg. 9 x 13 pan
Sprinkle nuts and coconut over bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Margarine.
Spread over unbaked cake evenly.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
