3 ½ lb. spare ribs (hacked in 1" strips at butcher shop)
½ c. brown sugar (packed firm)
½ c. vinegar
½ c. water
½ c. pineapple juice & pineapple
1 heaping tsp. corn starch
Steamed rice

Directions:
Separate each rib-fry all at once till brown-drain off grease. Add brown sugar, vinegar, water, pineapple juice, and pineapple. Let simmer 15 minutes, thicken with corn starch. Simmer 15 more minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
