10 lg eggs, beaten lightly
2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c coarsely chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp butter
2 c diced cooked ham

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together eggs, half the ham, half the cheese, half of the parsley and salt and pepper to taste and transfer to bowl. In 12 inch skillet pour in egg mixture and cook frittata without stirring for 12-14 minutes. Sprinkle frittata with remaing ham, cheese and parsley, cook it covered with foil or lid for 1-2 minutes more or until set and cut into wedges.
