Ingredients:  
2 lbs. flank steak
2 tsp. brown sugar

Marinade:
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup dry sherry or orange juice
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp. grated orange rind
¼ cup fresh orange juice
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger

Directions:

Pre-prep
Combine all ingredients of marinade.
Place 2 lbs flank steak in shallow dish. Pour marinade over steak.
Cover and chill at least 2-8 hours.

Preparation
Remove steak and pour marinade into small saucepan.
Place steak on preheated grill, cook to medium temperature.
Take off grill, let rest for 10 min.
Stir in 2 tsp brown sugar into marinade mixture.
Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring often.
Cook 3-4 minutes until slightly thick.
Remove from heat.
Slice steak thinly against the grain.
Pour boiled marinade over sliced steak.
Enjoy!
