350g salted peanuts or smooth or chunky peanut butter
10 stems of fresh mint leaves
15 strong frest or frozen green chillies
3 cloves fresh or frozen garlic
3 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1/2. Bunch Dhania
1 tablespoon concentrated tamarind paste dissolved in ½ cup boiling water -
Or lemon juice to taste

💥Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend as desired. Because If using salted peanuts, dont add salt. All the other ingredients can be adjusted according to taste. Make the chutney as crunchy or smooth or mild or spicy as you like.

Serve on Crackers/ mini pita etc or use as accompaniment with veg curries or biryani
If using salted peanuts No Salt Add salt if unsalted peanuts used.
