1 lb hamburger meat
1 lb jimmy dean sausage hot
32 oz. velveeta cheese
bunch of green onions (scallions) - chop up entire onions
1 jalapeno - chopped up
2 small cans of tomato paste (12 oz in each can)
2 large bags of scoop fritos

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add chopped white part of onions and chopped jalapenos to deep pot skillet and turn on heat
2. Add sausage and hamburger meat and cook until brown
3. Add 2 small cans of tomato paste to pot
4. Cut up cheese into squares and add to pot, turn down heat
5. Continue cooking and constantly stir until cheese has completely melted
6. Serve warm with fritos

Growing up in Texas, my family spent every weekend performing at horse shows. During our early afternoon break, this was our favorite thing to eat (very filling) before returning to the horse arena to perform.
