2 medium-sized zucchinis
¼ c. pasta sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tblsp. chopped sweet pepper
2 Tblsp. chopped onion
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
8-10 frozen Italian meatballs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Divide zucchini in half, and scoop out seeds into a bowl. Add chopped sweet pepper, chopped onion, pasta sauce and some cheese.

Add half of zucchini mixture to each boat.

Top with frozen meatballs (pushed into zucchini mixture).

Top with additional Mozzarella cheese, if desired.

Bake for 30-45 minutes, depending on desired firmness of zucchini.
