20 little neck clams, shucked
4 slices of bacon
1 red pepper diced
1 green pepper diced
1 small onion diced
2 shallots diced
1 clove garlic minced
Juice of ˝ lemon
Dash of dry sherry
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
Cracker crumbs
Melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon and crumble into small pieces in pan.
Sauté vegetables and garlic in the browned bacon including rendered bacon fat until softened.
Add sherry, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil and stir. Remove from heat.
Put clams on baking sheet.
Top each clam with vegetable mixture.
Sprinkle with crumbs and melted butter.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until browned
