1 lb hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large jars spaghetti sauce (25 oz)
1 lb small pasta shells, cooked
1/2 lb Provolone cheese
1 pint sour cream
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion and garlic. Mix in the spaghetti sauce. Spread a small amount of sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Layer as follows: 1/2 the shells
1/2 the meat sauce
all the Provolone
all the sour cream
remaining shells
remaining meat sauce
all the Mozzarella

Cover loosely with foil and bake at 375º for 45-50 minutes
