1 lb. frozen tortellini
1 lb. spiral colored pasta
cooking oil
1 can tuna
1-10 oz. package frozen peas
1 cup grated parmesan
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes

Dressing:
½ cup oil
4 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dijon mustard
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, drain and toss with a small amount of oil so pasta is lightly coated. Add tuna, raw peas, cheese and onion. Prepare dressing. Add dressing to pasta and mix carefully to wooden spoon so tortellini doesn't break. Just before serving, add tomatoes. Tastes best if served at room temperature.
