3 eggs
1 c. sugar
⅔ c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
¾ c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnut

Topping:
2 c. powder sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes.
Gradually beat in sugar with wooden spoon in pumpkin & lemon juice.
Fold in dry ingredients.
Spread in greased & floured Jelly Roll pan.
Top with walnuts and bake for 12 minutes at 375º.
Put powder sugar on dish towel.
Let roll stand for a few minutes.
Remove then turn onto towel. Roll towel & cake together lengthwise.
Cool & unroll. Spread with filling.
Mix till smooth. Spread on roll.
Wrap in foil.

Filling:
Mix sugar, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla.
