2 Pounds Flank Steak

2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (non-concentrate is better)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ Cup Olive oil

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp Garlic
½ Tsp Dried Oregano
½ Tsp Dried Basil
½ Tsp Dried Thyme
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper or Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in gallon sized bag with the steak. Marinade for 8 hours. It's better if you let it marinade overnight.

Grilled to your doneness liking.
