4 Portobello Mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup onions, 4 clove garlic minced
1/2 pound shrimp
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg beaten, 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup graded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove stems and chop. Heat butter over medium heat, add chopped mushroom stems, onion, garlic, cook for 6 minutes. Add in chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, salt lemon juice. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Fill mushroom caps and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 15 min.
