6 Beefsteak Tomatoes
1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 onion chopped
Salt, Pepper
Maggi to taste
1 egg yolk
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut lid from tomatoes and core out. Mix hamburger, onion, egg yolk, bread crumbs and spices to taste.

Stuff tomatoes with meat filling. Top with tomatoe lid and place in casserole dish, add scooped out tomatoes, a little water and maggi to taste. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with mashed potatoes.
