2 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
2 - 3.4oz pkg pistachio instant pudding
1 c oil
2 c mashed ripe banana
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients.
Prepare 2-9x5 loaf pans, put wax paper in the bottom and spray the sides with cooking spray.
Bake 50-60 minutes at 375 degrees.
Remove from pans after cooling for 15 minutes.
