1 steak
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
½ to ¾ cup home made teriyaki sauce (or prepared teriyaki sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice garlic.
Heat frying pan to hot. Add oil and garlic. Remove garlic when browned.
Salt steak to taste.
Place steak in frying pan and fry on both sides creating brown crust.
Add home make teriyaki sauce and turn steak in sauce.
Remove steak when done to personal taste.
Continue to cook teriyaki sauce until thick and glossy.
Slice steak and cover with teriyaki sauce.
