1 Box French Vanilla Cake Mix
¼ cup Egg Whites
⅓ cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk*
2 tbsp Butter, to grease baking pans
1 cup Water with ¼ cup of Sugar, heat syrup and stir before using
Frosting:
4 cups Powdered Sugar
2 sticks Unsalted Butter, softened
2 tbsp. Vanilla Bean Paste
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 to 2 tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream
Decorate with Cinnamon Vanilla Sugar

*Using sweetened condensed milk will cause a dense cake. For a sponger cake add 1 cup of Milk instead.

Preheat oven to 350º, grease and line two 8" round pans with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, beat egg whites, vanilla, oil, and milk together. Add cake mix and beat on medium for about a minute. Scrape down sides and finish beating for another minute or two. Pour cake mix into prepared pans. Beat pan against counter, to rid cake of air pockets. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes. Cool cakes completely. Brush cake with a syrup before frosting.
Frosting:
In a large bowl beat butter till smooth and creamy, add vanilla and cinnamon beat until smooth. Slowly add Powdered Sugar, scraping down sides, every so often. Add a tbsp of cream and mix. Add another if frosting is to stiff. Add another if you want a really loose icing. Chill for at least 15 minutes
