1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
½ CUP chopped onion
½ cup melted butter
TOPPING:
2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes and mix all the above ingredients. Put into greased 9x13" baking dish. Mix together the Ritz crackers and butter; place on top of potato mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
*The secret to the flavor is the butter. If YOU cut down on the butter, they will not be as good.
