Ingredients:  
1 c sugar
3 heaping tbsp flour
1 c cold water
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
2 tbsp butter
6 tbsp white vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
- Mix flour & sugar in saucepan
- Add and mix each: water, egg yolks, whole egg, butter, & vinegar.
-Cook until thick.
-Pour into 9 inch pie shell and bake at 350ºF for 45 mins.

For Meringue:
-Beat 3 egg whites until stiff.
-Add 4 tbsp sugar
-Spread over pie and brown
