Ingredients: 1 1/2 lbs.Ground Beef 1 Clove Garlic (Minced) 1 T Basil 1 ˝ tsp. Salt 1 lb. Can Tomatoes 12 oz. Can Tomato Paste 10 oz Box Lasagna Noodles 3 C. Small Curd Cottage Cheese ˝ C. Grated Parmesan Cheese 2 T. Parsley Flakes 2 Beaten Eggs 2 tsp. Salt ˝ tsp. Pepper 1 lb. Sliced Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:MEAT SAUCE: Brown meat slowly, drain fat Add: 1 Clove Garlic (Minced) 1 T Basil 1 ˝ t Salt 1 lb Can Tomatoes 12 oz Can Tomato Paste Simmer uncovered for ˝ hour (Stir, now & then) NOODLES: Cook Box Lasagna Noodles (As directed). Rinse with cold water.
CHEESE FILLING: Mix: Small Curd Cottage Cheese Grated Parmesan Cheese Parsley Flakes Beaten Eggs Salt Pepper
CHEESE SLICES: Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
Spray Pam in 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish Place half the cooked noodles in dish Spread ˝ cheese filling on noodles Cover with ˝ mozzarella cheese Spread ˝ meat sauce over top Repeat Layers Bake at 375° for 30 minutes |
