1 to 2 lbs fish fillets (fresh, frozen or leftover)
2 or more cups cooked, drained, cubed potatoes (save water)
2 or more cups cooked, drained, sliced carrots (save water)
2 cups or 1 10 oz pkg fresh or frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup or more onion, chopped
1/2 cup melted butter or cooking oil
1 cup water (broth from potatoes or carrots)
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 10 oz can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 cup half & half or milk
1/2 teaspoon dill seed

Than and cut fillets into bite-size pieces (1 or 2 inch chunks)

Saute onion in butter or oil in large pot (3 quart). Add fish, broccoli, water, salt and pepper. Simmer until fish flakes easily with fork and broccoli is tender about 10 minutes.

Add soup, half & half, carrots, potatoes and dill seed. Heat and mix thoroughly.
