2 sticks Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
2 tbsp. Garlic Salt
¼ cup Fresh Basil

Trim basil and place in a food processor with Garlic. Pulse for a minute or so, occasionally scraping sides, till finely chopped. In a bowl bring together butter and basil mix, combine well. Hey out a large sheet of plastic wrap and place butter in center. If it to loose, wait 10 to 20 minutes, for this step. Form into a log like shape. Wrap completely and refrigerate. If you need it in about an hour, just freeze it.

I like to use a slice of this on a steak, for flavor, instead of a steak sauce.
You can use different types a seasoning as well. Like Italian or fresh parsley. Salt and pepper. Or even Jalapenos.
