⅔ cup sugar
⅔ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 - ⅛ cups flour
⅔ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup cocoa
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup vanilla chips
about ½ cup chopped walnuts to fill jar

Directions:

Use 1 quart wide mouth mason jar.

Mix flour, and salt till well blended. (set aside)

Place in layers in the order given.

Press each layer in place before adding the next ingredients.

Cover lid with fabric (6 ¾ diameter). Attach lid and directions for baking.

Preheat oven 350 makes 9 X 9 pan

Empty jar of brownie mix into large mixing bowl

Add:

⅔ cup vegetable oil

3 egg slightly beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix well with a wooden spoon. Pour into greased 9X9 pan. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
