¾ cup water 80’F
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 cups bread flour
½ teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
8 ounce pizza sauce
Favorite meat, toppings and chesses

Directions:
Add all ingredients to pan in order list, except sauce and toppings.

Add dry ingredients, except yeast, to pan. Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, then level ingredients, pushing some of the mixture into the corners.

Make a well in the center of dry ingredients; add yeast. Lock pan into bread maker.

Program for recommended Bread Select setting; dough - Program Timer if being used. Start bread maker.

When done, remove dough and place on floured surface.

Knead about 1 minute, then let rest 15 minutes.

Roll dough out to fit a 12–14 inch pizza pan. Place dough onto greased pan which has been sprinkled with cornmeal. Press dough into pan, forming an edge.

Let dough rise in warm draft-free place for 20-25 minutes.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust, then top with favorite meat, toppings and shredded cheese.

Bake in preheated oven 425’F for 20-25 minutes or until nicely brown. Let set for 5 minutes before cutting.
