4 cups Cabbage
2 links Smoked sausage (I use smoked Hungarian sausage cause it has a little spice.)
1 med onions sliced
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 medium apple
Butter
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sausage and sauté in a large fry pan in butter til browned.

Remove from pan then sauté onions and mushrooms.

As onions and mushrooms are sautéing peel and core apple. Dice up then add to pan and sauté with onions and mushrooms for a few minutes.

Continue sautéing in butter then add sliced cabbage. Mix all together. After a few more minutes add the sausage back in pan. Salt and pepper to taste. (I use a lot). Cover. Turn down stove to med-low. Mix it up every so often. Cook until cabbage is tender. (About 15-20 minutes).
