4 ounces German sweet chocolate
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons sugar
Dash salt
1/2 cup milk
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 prebaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Put a large bowl in the freezer to chill (for beating the cream later). Put the chocolate, marshmallows, sugar, salt and milk in the microwave-safe bowl and heat until chocolate melts, stirring every minute; set aside. In a large bowel, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract, blending well. Refrigerate until cool or put the bowl in a pan of ice water and stir until cool. Pour the cream into the chilled bowl and beat until stiff (no need to clean the beaters). Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Spoon into prebaked pie shell and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
