1 Graham Cracker Crumb Crust shell
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup white sugar, divided use
2 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided use
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup sour cream, room temperature
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add 3/4 cup sugar, eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, lemon juice and lemon zest; beat until blended. Pour into the pie shell and bake 40 minutes, or until the center is no longer wet. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Mix sour cream, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spread evenly over surface of filling. Return to the oven for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate at least 5 hours. Before serving spread cherry pie filling on top.
