1 finely chopped onion
1 Tb minced parsley
3 Tb butter
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 Tb flour
1 cup chicken stock or water
1 ts vinegar
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions in hot butter to a light golden, stir in parsley and mushrooms and cook slowly until mushrooms are soft. Dust flour over mushrooms, stir well, add stock or water and simmer a few minutes, stirring constantly. Then add vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
