2 sticks Unsalted Butter, softened
4 cups Powdered Sugar
4-6 tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream, divided
1 tbsp. Vanilla Bean Paste
2 tbsp. Cherry Extract
Pinch of Salt
Red food dye (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter till it's light and fluffy. Add 1 tbsp. cream, vanilla, salt, and cherry. Once combine, scrape down the sides of the bowl. Start slowly adding sugar, 1 cup at a time, till all is in bowl. Scrape bowl again and starting adding 1 tbsp. at a time till the icing is soft enough to manipulate.
If it's too runny, just add more powdered sugar. I like to chill for about 30 minutes, before using just stir again before you do.
