2 apples chopped
2 Tbs. butter
1 onion, chopped
2 lbs. shredded red cabbage
2 Tbs. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. red wine
1/2 c. beef stock
2 bay leaves
1 Tbs. caraway seed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté apples and onion in butter.

2. Add cabbage and sugar. Mix well.

3. Add red wine vinegar, red wine, beef
stock, bay leaves and carraway. Simmer
until tender.

If desired, add 2 lbs. sautéed kielbasa
sausage.
