3-4 vine ripe tomatoes
1-3 jalapeno's, diced with seeds and membranes removed
1 sm onion, chopped
5-7 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
juice of 3 limes
chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and let rest in the refrigerator for several hours for flavors to meld. May need to drain if it gets too juicy. If you must drain, the juice is great in a Bloody Mary!
