1 1/2 columns saltine crackers (you can also use graham crackers)
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 cup brown sugar
1 16oz package chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Lay out one layer of saltine crackers on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spray the foil with Pam or gently rub a stick of butter over it for easier removal.
Boil butter and sugar for 3 minutes, stirring occassionally. When it starts to foam it's done, even if it's been less than 3 minutes.
Take off heat.
Pour the butter-sugar sauce over the crackers, spreading with a spatula.
Bake for 6 minutes.
Sprinkle pan with chocolate chips immediately after taking it from oven, spreading chips as they melt.
Cool in fridge. Peel cookies off foil and break into pieces.
