1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced
fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 (26 oz.) jars tomato basil
pasta sauce
1 c. water
1 Tbs. dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (20 oz.) refrigerated four-
cheese ravioli
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef in Dutch oven
over medium heat until it crumbles and
is no longer pink. Drain and wipe out
Dutch oven.

2. Sauté onion and mushrooms in hot oil
over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until
tender.

3. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Stir in beef,
pasta sauce, 1 cup of water and next 3
ingredients.

4. Bring sauce to a boil, add ravioli. Reduce
heat to medium-low, cover and simmer,
stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until
pasta is done.

5. Stir in mozzarella and serve.
