Flax seeds - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Pinch of salt
Water

Directions:
Directions:
1. On a heated pan, roast flax seeds till they leave an aroma
2. Take them into a bowl and leave it aside
3. On the same pan, add jaggery and little bit of water
4. When jaggery turns into string like consistency, add the roasted flax seeds
5. Switch off and pour the mixture onto a plate (before pouring the mixture make sure brush up the plate with oil/ghee)
6. spread the mixture onto the plate and cool it for 6-8 hours
7. break them to small pieces
8. Enjoy healthy snack
