1 Package Pork chops ½ to ¾ in thick
4 Teaspoons chopped Garlic
½ cup Bourbon
¼ cup Brown sugar
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in a bowl with 2 teaspoons garlic, salt, pepper, brown sugar and bourbon. Cover and place in refrigerator couple hours.
In skillet heat oil and remaining garlic. Then place pork chops in hot oil and brown both sides about four min on each side. Pour all the bourbon and garlic from the bowl, add more bourbon if needed for more juice. Cover and cook until tender about a hour on very low simmer.
