4-6 porkchops (bone in or boneless)
19 ounce can of green enchalada sauce
1-2 habenaros
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp minched garlic
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
in a blender mix everything together, except the porkchops, blend well. Put the porkchops in the Insta-Pot, pour in mixture. Set the Insta-Pot on pressure cook and the time on 25 minutes. After the timer goes off to indicate it is done, let set for 8 minutes, open the vent and allow it to vent pressure. Carefully remove the porkchops(careful they will fall apart.

Serve with Spanish rice and beans, you can use the cooked mixture to pour over the rice and meat.
