Ingredients: 1 CAN - 12 OUNCE CAN OF CARNATION CONDENSED MILK 2 PACKS - 8 OUNCE BLOCK KRAFT PEPPER JACK CHEESE 2 CANS - CAMPBELLS CHEDAR CHEESE SOUP 1 CAN - RO-TEL – ORGINIAL DICED TOMOTOES AND GREEN CHILI’S 1 MEDIUM ONION - DICED

Directions:IN LARGE FRYING PAN POUR CONDENSED MILK AND DICED ONION. SIMMER ON MEDIUM TO LOW 4 TO 5 MINUTES.
ADD BOTH CANS OF CAMPBELL’S CHEDAR CHEESE SOUP AND STIR UNTIL BLENDED WELL.
SLICE PEPPER JACK CHEESE AND ADD TO PAN AND STIR UNTIL BLENDED WELL.
DRAIN RO-TEL ONCE ALL CHEESES ARE BLENDED THEN ADD DRAINED TOMOTOES AND SIMMER FOR 3 MINUTES.
SERVE WARM WITH CHIPS, VEGGIES OR USE AS A FONDUE. |

Notes: I could not make a cheese dip at all. It never came out right or tasted good. I was telling an older lady about my cheese dip failures and she wrote down this recipe. It's been over 30 years now and the only thing I changed was the tomato and I switched to the Ro-Tel instead of fresh tomatoes.
