Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground round & 1 lb. ground chuck

1 slice of wheat bread

1 cup of ketchup & BBQ sauce mixture (topping)

½ cup onion, finely diced

1¼ tsp Mrs. Dash garlic & onion powder

¼ tsp McCormick black pepper

⅓ cup Heinz ketchup for mixture in bowl

1 tsp French’s mustard

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine ground beef, pieces of wheat bread, onion, Mrs. Dash, and ketchup in a medium sized mixing bowl. Using your hand, incorporate everything into the meat. This only takes 30 seconds or so, you do not want to over mix.

Transfer meat into a large loaf pan and press it down evenly into the pan. I have a
meatloaf pan with insert with holes so the grease drains out in the bottom of the pan.

Mix ketchup and BBQ sauce mixture, and mustard in a small bowl. Pour over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes

Remove from oven and drain off excess grease. Let stand for 5 minutes before servingº
