Crust:
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups UNLBEACHED all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Put into an 11 x 9 pan. Pat down and bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. Cool

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 C. powdered sugar
4 oz. Cool Whip
Cream together and spread over baked, cooled crust.

Combine:
2 (3.9-oz.) pkgs. Jello instant chocolate pudding
3 C. milk
Beat for 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining cool whip over top of the pudding mixture, then sprinkle with chopped nuts or chocolate curls over the top, if desired.

Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
