Chocolate Inside meringue |

Ingredients: 3 Egg Whites
1 Tbs Corn Flour
6 oz Sugar
1 Tbs Vinegar

Directions:Beat egg whites till soft peaks form
Add sugar and other ingredients while beating
Cover a tray with baking sheet so doesn't stick
Make circles of square
Put in the oven for 1 hour 160 degrees turning down to 150 degrees after ten mins.
when cooking is finished leave in the oven till cool so to avoid cracking the meringue |

Ingredients: 8 oz Pareve Chocolate
3 Tbs Water
1 Tsp Coffee
2 Egg Yolks1 Tsp vanilla Essence
1 box of Whip cream

Directions: |
Directions:Whisk the cream to form soft peaks
Melt the chocolate - add the coffee and rest of ingredients
Fold into the Whip mixture
Put inside the meringue |

Caramel inside Meringue |

Ingredients: |
Ingredients: 3 oz Margarine
6 oz Brown Sugar
3 Tsp Golden syrup
1 Box of Whip Cream

Directions: |
Directions:Heat all the ingredients - mix all the time and don't leave as it will burn - allow to cool
Mix the Whip cream
Fold together and add on top or inside the meringue |
