235g Plain Flour
330g Caster sugar
1 Tbs Baking powder
1 Tsp Salt
7 Eggs
1/2 Cup Vegetable oil
3/4 Cup Cold Water
1 Tbs Vanilla essence1/2 Tsp Cream Tartar

Directions:

Separate Eggs
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar and set aside

Beat egg yolks - add Vegetable oil, Water, vanilla essence and salt

Separate bowl - Add flour, sugar, baking powder and mix

Add the flour bowl to the beaten egg yolks

Using a spatula fold the mixtures into the beaten egg white mixture slowly - pour into Chiffon pan

Cook 55 Mins at 170 degrees
When removed from the oven place upside down until cool and then remove from the tin
